The Brasserie is located in Peters Township, right off Route 19-S in the Peters Town Center shopping plaza across from the Sears Service Center. The Brasserie offers the same Belgian and Craft beer selections as our flagship location in a more polished atmosphere that includes outside patio dining for most of the year. We also offer large private dinning rooms that are good for groups, daily food and bar specials, and a Catering To Go menu to bring Sharp Edge to your next gathering.
There are 55 taps and 250+ bottles of beer available for your enjoyment. Not only do we have all the beer you can drink at our restaurant, we also have beer baskets available to purchase. You can either make your own custom basket or select one of our pre-made themed baskets. They make great presents or even a unique hostess gift for the beer lover in your life.
